Trendiah Ltd offers made-to-order print-on-demand products. Minor variations in colour, print, or placement may occur due to the production process. Product descriptions and images are provided for general reference.

5. Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable UK taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice. Trendiah Ltd reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

6. Payment Methods

Payments may be made through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other approved gateways. Payment must be completed before order processing begins. Trendiah Ltd does not store payment information.

7. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance. Trendiah Ltd may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, stock issues, or non-compliance with these Terms.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Under UK consumer law, customers may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days for non-customised goods. For made-to-order items, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.

9. Production Timeline

Products are made to order using UK-based production partners. Production typically requires 3–5 business days before dispatch. Processing times may be extended during peak periods.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Trendiah Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

11. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer law. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

For faulty or incorrect items, Trendiah Ltd covers return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All content, designs, branding, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Trendiah Ltd. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

13. User-Generated Content
