Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

• For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• For change-of-mind returns: Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.

Refunds for Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as described, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund. Return shipping costs for these cases are covered by Trendiah.

Proof of Issue

Please provide clear photographs of the item and its packaging. A short video may also be submitted, although this is optional.

This evidence helps us validate the issue with our production partners and ensures efficient processing.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you return an unused item within 30 days, we will refund the item cost and the standard delivery fee. Standard UK delivery is £2.99, and orders over £50 qualify for free UK delivery. International delivery is charged at £9.99.

Items must be in original condition with all packaging intact.

Returns After 30 Days

Requests made after the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund. In limited cases, and only if the item meets all return conditions, we may accept a return at our discretion. If accepted, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards across our made-to-order range, the following conditions apply:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags and packaging.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.
• Bundled sets must be returned in full.

We do not accept returns for:
• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Items returned outside the 30-day window (unless accepted at our discretion)
• Items without proof of purchase or original packaging

Trendiah reserves the right to refuse returns that appear fraudulent, excessive, or inconsistent with this policy.

International Orders

International customers follow the same 30-day return policy as UK customers. Refunds, replacements, and eligibility criteria are identical.

Return shipping costs for international change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. For faulty or incorrect items, Trendiah covers return shipping or provides an alternative resolution where return shipping is not required.

• Select “Request Return” next to the relevant item
• Follow the instructions provided
