UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery is charged at £2.99. Orders over £50 qualify for free UK delivery.
Most UK orders are delivered within 3–6 business days after processing. This typically includes:
- Days 1–2: Order processing and production
- Days 3–6: Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, Evri, or other trusted UK carriers. A tracking link will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed after 2pm are processed on the next business day.
International Delivery
International delivery is charged at £9.99. Most international orders arrive within 7–14 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary by region and customs procedures.
Important: Import duties, taxes, and fees may be applied by local customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We work with reliable international carriers to ensure safe and trackable delivery.

Tracking and Updates

During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may extend by 1–2 business days. We will notify customers if significant delays occur.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is not available because our products are made to order. Standard delivery timelines apply to all orders.

Delivery Information
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, Trendiah will cover return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
